Lecture feedback:
(from Bath Photographic Society)
"What a simply superb evening you gave to us, I think that would rank as one of my most enjoyable evenings spent at club ever!! Have had a lot of feedback on the evening, it certainly evoked a lot of comment, and it was clear to see that members were really enjoying participating. I don’t think I have ever heard so many people participate with their opinions, so you had so obviously made everyone feel very relaxed in the way you presented the theme."
(from Sherborne Bradford Abbas Camera Club)
"Thank you once again for challenging and informing us this evening with another very well structured presentation. You were clearly well received by the members, and despite the travelling and the preparation involved behind the scenes I hope you enjoyed the occasion too. Thank you for helping us all to move forward."
(from Braunton Camera Club)
"I thoroughly enjoyed your presentation, your passion for photography certainly came through. It is always difficult choosing speakers for the programme and I always give a sigh of relief when it goes well. I always ask other members for their feedback on the evening. This is just a few:
'Huw was one of the best speakers that I can recall that we have had. Apart from his subject of Landscapes (my preferred topic) his approach to landscape photography was not unique but excellently presented. He spoke in a clear deliberate manner basically following a script, but not so rigidly that there was any hint of boredom. I'm sure that every word was heard by the audience with no mutterings or quips in a low voice from him. It seemed as though members also approved judging by their attentiveness. His images were inspiring and illustrated the points that he made rather than showing off the quality of his work, which was nevertheless, very pleasing. A good find.'
'I thought he was articulate, passionate about photography and landscapes and I enjoyed the evening, can you send my thanks please?'
'Excellent evening. Great landscape photographs, and flowing narrative.'
'A very well presented and informative presentation, the best we have had for some time.'
